What better way to start the year than by gathering our Managers and Team Leaders for an inspiring meeting at the L’Oréal Head Office in London? The energy and enthusiasm in the room were contagious as we reflected on the past year and set our sights on the exciting opportunities ahead.
A huge thank you to @mteodoromc, @lucyhitchenorlppd, @chatbox76, for sharing their invaluable insights and expertise. Their thought-provoking discussions and tips left us all feeling motivated and ready to tackle the year with renewed passion.
And speaking of motivation—let’s not forget to give a huge shout out to our creative stylist Emma from the Esher salon. She was the winner of our Christmas salon incentive, earning themselves a well-deserved trip to Dubai! It’s proof that hard work truly pays off, and we couldn’t be more proud of her and everyone at Academy Salons for their dedication and success for 2024.
As we head into 2025, we’re excited to see what the year holds. One thing is for certain, with such a talented team behind us, the sky’s the limit.
