Here at Academy , we’ve always believed in the power of expertise, education, and passion when it comes to delivering the best possible service to our clients. That’s why we’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you – three of our incredible Academy Team members have been accepted into the prestigious Kérastase Care Coach community!

We’re incredibly proud to announce that Emma Knight, our Creative Designer  from our Esher Salon, has nearly finished her journey to becoming a Kérastase Care Coach, with her final steps scheduled in May. She has consistently demonstrated her commitment to hair care excellence.

Also Joining we have Lizzie Compton who is our Team Leader from our Claygate Salon & Emma Searle our Team leader from Hersham, both diving into the programme with enthusiasm and determination, not Hair stylists but many years between them working in the hair salon environment and being Front of House both aim to deliver the best service for their salon and clients. We can’t wait to see what they bring back which will elevate the experience for the clients.

The Kérastase Care Coach program is all about equipping salon professionals with the knowledge and tools to offer highly personalized, effective hair care solutions. Kérastase, known for its luxury hair care products, works with salon experts to enhance their ability to advise clients on the best products and treatments for their individual hair needs.
